clash of the fittest {Crossfit competition}
Just a quick post to say great job to our Crossfit Palm Beach members and honorary members for their performance at Clash of the Fittest yesterday, my hubby included! Our scaled teams ended up with 7th and 28th place, and the Rx team with 10th [leaderboard].
Oh, and buy Nikki's Coconut Butter. That stuff is too good to be for real, but it is. Kind of like unicorns, if unicorns were real.
