Success Story!

In the words of my two year old niece, "Goooo Anna! Goooo Patrick!!" She's too stinking cute with her little cheers. Today, the cheers are because we signed a lease on a rental in Boca Raton. I am excited  to get ourselves our own place again.

This house is great - the landlord's previous tenants moved out a couple months ago, and since then the  contractor owner has completely renovated the kitchen, added new carpet in the bedrooms, new tile in the living area and kitchen, replaced the yucky sliding glass doors with french doors to the huge screened patio, added baseboard and crown molding, and painted the entire place. I can't remember what he did with the bathrooms and I forgot to take pictures. Oops. Guess I should take some when I go to give them the deposit on Thursday.

I think the reason Patrick and I are so excited about this place is because it's completely opposite of where /how/what we were living in Panama City. First of all, a completely finished house?! What is this? You mean I can actually buy some furniture and do some furniture projects? Amazing. Patrick can work on the Jeep(s), we can buy bicycles and cruise to the beach (2 miles away) or to Mizner Park (less than a mile away), where you can find a ton of cute shops, bars, and restaurants, we can hang out with friends (we still have a few good friends that live there - we went to school at FAU in Boca), and we're about an hour (not 8 hours!!) away from our famlies. Overall, we're super excited to move in next month. And we're stoked that we got a rental in Boca when we both drive trucks and have two dogs, one of which isn't small and is banned two counties south.

First new print for our new picture gallery that I don't have yet?
